I'm glad I purchased this book. It has been my summer read. It has some very interesting ideas about formative assessment which is an area I feel like I can improve. It is not your run of the mill ideas either. It doesn't give you handouts but it does give you some real strategies to think about. I have enjoyed reading it and I have some concrete plans I think I will be able to try out this year.
